On the Ignito platform, we act as a data processor on behalf of your organization, which remains the data controller.
For the ignito.ai marketing website, we act as the data controller.
No Advertising Tracking

Intellectual Property

Access to and Use of the Platform
The Ignito platform is a SaaS software solution exclusively intended for professional use.
Access to the platform is limited to:
client organizations that have entered into a service agreement with IGNITO;
users expressly authorized by those organizations.
Any personal or non-professional use is excluded.
Use of the platform is governed by:
the Terms of Service (ToS);
the service agreement entered into with the Client;
where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Intellectual Property
All elements composing the Ignito website and platform, including in particular:
software, source code, and architectures;
algorithms, analytical models, and calculation methods;
interfaces, graphic designs, content, and documentation;
trademarks, domain names, and logos;
are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of IGNITO, is strictly prohibited, unless expressly permitted by contract.
Personal Data
Personal data processing carried out in connection with the use of the Ignito website and platform complies with:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR);
the amended French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés);
where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.
Roles of the Parties
For the Ignito platform, IGNITO acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, on behalf of its professional clients, who act as data controllers.
For the ignito.ai marketing website, IGNITO acts as the data controller.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
