the Terms of Use (ToU);
the service agreement entered into with the Client;
where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Roles of the Parties
For the Ignito platform, K Consulting acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, on behalf of its professional clients, who act as data controllers.
For the ignito.ai marketing website, K Consulting acts as the data controller.
