Our use of cookies and trackers is deliberately limited to what is strictly necessary to respect your privacy by design.

No advertising, no profiling

We do not use any advertising, targeting, or profiling cookies.
We do not track your behavior for marketing purposes.

Only what is essential for operation

We use only technical trackers that are strictly necessary to:

  • authenticate you securely;

  • maintain your session;

  • ensure the proper functioning and security of the application.

Audience measurement without cookies or tracking technologies

On our marketing website, traffic measurement is carried out without placing cookies or using tracking technologies.
It relies solely on global and anonymous statistics, which do not allow you to be personally identified.

Why is there no cookie banner?

In accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL, consent is required only for non-essential cookies.
Since Ignito uses only strictly necessary trackers and audience measurement mechanisms without cookies or individualized tracking, no consent banner is required.

This summary does not replace the full Legal Notices below, which define all applicable rights, obligations, and responsibilities.

Cookie Policy

This cookie policy describes the approach adopted by K Consulting (hereinafter “Ignito”, “we”) with regard to cookies and other tracking technologies, in the context of:

  • the use of the Ignito application by professional clients and their users;

  • browsing the ignito.ai marketing website.

Ignito follows a deliberately restrictive and responsible approach to cookies and trackers, in line with the principles of data protection by design (privacy by design) and the recommendations of the CNIL.

  1. What is a cookie or a tracker?

A cookie is a small text file that may be placed on a user’s device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when visiting a website or using an application.

The term tracker refers, within the meaning of applicable regulations, to any mechanism that allows information to be stored on or accessed from a user’s device, or that enables user activity to be tracked, including in particular:

  • HTTP cookies;

  • session identifiers;

  • local storage mechanisms (localStorage, sessionStorage);

  • persistent technical identifiers.

Some trackers are strictly necessary for the operation of a service, while others may be used for audience measurement, personalization, or marketing purposes.

  1. Ignito’s approach to cookies and trackers

Ignito has chosen not to use any cookies or trackers that are not strictly necessary, both on its application and on its marketing website.

In particular, Ignito does not use:

  • advertising cookies or trackers;

  • profiling or marketing targeting cookies;

  • trackers enabling individualized or cross-site user tracking;

  • third-party cookies for behavioral tracking purposes.

When measurement, monitoring, or analysis mechanisms are implemented, they are designed:

  • without using tracking cookies;

  • without direct identification of users;

  • based on aggregated, pseudonymized, or strictly technical data, in line with the defined purposes.

  1. Cookies and trackers used on the Ignito application

3.1. Strictly necessary cookies and trackers

The Ignito application uses only cookies and trackers that are strictly necessary for its operation, security, and service delivery, in particular for:

  • user authentication;

  • session maintenance;

  • secure access management;

  • prevention of fraudulent use;

  • proper technical functioning of the platform.

Retention periods

  • Session cookies / session identifiers:
    retained only for the duration of the session or until the user logs out.

  • Security- and authentication-related technical trackers (e.g., technical tokens):
    retained strictly for their technical validity period (maximum 90 days, depending on authentication mechanisms).

  • Associated technical logs (e.g., connections, security events):
    retained for 12 months, in accordance with the privacy policy.

These cookies and trackers:

  • do not allow any marketing or advertising tracking;

  • are not used to profile users;

  • are limited to what is strictly necessary to provide the service.

3.2. Legal basis

The use of these cookies and trackers is based on:

  • performance of the contract between Ignito and its professional clients (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);

  • Ignito’s legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable, and functional platform (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

In accordance with CNIL recommendations, prior user consent is not required for these strictly necessary cookies.

  1. Cookies and trackers used on the ignito.ai marketing website

Ignito’s marketing website is hosted and operated via the Framer platform.

4.1. Strictly necessary cookies

The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for:

  • technical operation;

  • security;

  • performance and availability management.

Retention periods

  • Essential technical cookies:
    retained for a duration limited to the session or a few hours/days when necessary for website operation.

These cookies serve no marketing or advertising tracking purpose.

4.2. Audience measurement without tracking cookies

The marketing website uses integrated audience measurement tools provided by Framer, configured with a privacy-respecting approach.

These mechanisms:

  • do not rely on tracking cookies;

  • do not allow individualized visitor tracking;

  • provide only aggregated and global statistics (for example: number of visits or pages viewed).

  • do not combine data with other datasets, do not track the user across different applications, and are used solely to produce anonymous statistics for Ignito.

Retention periods

  • Aggregated traffic data:
    retained for a maximum period of 12 months, then deleted or irreversibly aggregated.

Ignito does not use any advertising cookies or profiling trackers on its marketing website.

4.3. Legal basis

These processing activities are based on Ignito’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to:

  • ensure the operation and security of the website;

  • measure overall traffic;

  • improve content and usability,

while respecting the rights and freedoms of visitors.

  1. Absence of a cookie banner

Ignito follows a deliberately restrictive and responsible approach to cookies and other trackers.

This approach is based on the principles of data protection by design (privacy by design) and data minimization, and aligns with the CNIL guidelines on cookies and other trackers (deliberations No. 2020-091 and subsequent ones).

Under these guidelines, prior user consent is required only for cookies and trackers that are not strictly necessary for the operation of a service.

Since Ignito uses only strictly necessary cookies and implements audience measurement mechanisms without tracking cookies or individualized tracking, no consent collection mechanism is required.

Users may nevertheless configure their browser to block or delete cookies.

⚠️ Disabling certain strictly necessary cookies may, however, affect the normal operation of the services.

  1. Relationship with the privacy policy

The personal data processing associated with the use of cookies, technical trackers, logs, and measurement mechanisms is described in detail in Ignito’s privacy policy, available at: https://ignito.ai/legal/privacy-policy

This policy notably specifies:

  • processing purposes;

  • applicable legal bases;

  • detailed retention periods;

  • implemented security measures;

  • the rights of data subjects.

  1. Changes to the cookie policy

Ignito conducts a periodic review (at least annually) of the trackers used and their respective retention periods to ensure they remain strictly limited to the minimum necessary for the provision of the service.

Ignito adopts a deliberately restrictive approach to cookies and trackers, based on the principles of data protection by design (privacy by design) and data minimization. The technologies and tools used by Ignito may evolve in order to improve the security, reliability, or functionality of its services. If new cookies or trackers other than strictly necessary ones were to be deployed in the future, Ignito undertakes to:

  • update this cookie policy transparently;

  • inform the affected users clearly and accessibly;

  • implement, where applicable, a consent collection mechanism compliant with applicable regulations.

Any material change to the cookie policy will be communicated in advance through appropriate channels.

In accordance with applicable regulations and CNIL recommendations, prior consent is required only for non-essential cookies and trackers (for example, advertising or marketing tracking cookies).

On the marketing website

Ignito’s marketing website uses Framer’s built-in analytics.

These analytics:

  • operate without tracking cookies;

  • do not allow direct identification of visitors;

  • produce only aggregated statistics retained for a limited period (maximum 12 months).
